A father tells his son to clean up his room. The son doesn’t do it. Instead, he runs to his father and smiles; and sings songs about how great a dad he is. The son praises his father, but the father isn’t buying it – he wants obedience. This is what we do to our Father. Let’s obey God first, then praise him! Matthew 15:8
